New Client Pre-Groom Consultation

Your groomer will conduct a pre-groom consultation/onboarding with new clients. This is the time for open communication about services, any behavioral or physical concerns, and special considerations.

During the pre-groom consultation, please share behavioral or medical insights about your dog so your groomer can ensure your pet’s comfort and well-being and make sure mobile grooming is right for your pet. Your groomer will assess your pet’s unique grooming needs as well as their temperament and health, and will advise you of the best service options.
