Injuries

Your groomer’s objective is a safe and successful grooming experience for your pup. However, grooming comes with inherent risks (cuts, nicks, scratches, or nail quicking) especially with restless pets or if a pup has injuries, skin disorders, severe matting, aggression, or other factors beyond our control. In the rare event of an injury, your groomer will halt the service, notify you immediately, and take appropriate action to ensure your pet’s well-being.

Please reschedule your grooming appointment if your pup has skin damage including open wounds, abrasions, sunburns, rashes, or other damage to the skin. We use gentle products, but it’s important to give the skin time to heal before grooming.
