"We worked with Ashley this morning and she was so patient and kind with our dog! Our dog has been really nervous since her last experience at PetCo. And PetCo refused to work with her and recommended anxiety meds for her grooming needs. It made our dog miserable and we really wanted to try again without it. So I felt like I had to apologize to Ashley about everything, but Ashley smiled as she returned our baby to us (looking AMAZING) and assured us she would be more than glad to help us out again.
