My dog has a collapsing trachea which acts up when he gets nervous; Carlos is experienced with this issue and knows when to take breaks so that Loki can relax. My dog is not always easy; having a rescue with health issues, I really appreciate Carlosâ patience. I prefer a simple, quick cut for Loki because I figure he has been through a lot in his former life. Carlos does an amazing job - exactly what I ask for - and Loki always comes back fast and looking absolutely adorable. In fact, I have had a couple of dog-parent friends ask me where Loki gets groomed and I always point them to Carlos. Love Groombuggy and cannot recommend this service enough!
