The Groombuggy mobile grooming experience is strictly one-on-one. Please give the van some space! Don’t knock or communicate with the groomer and keep other pets and children inside to give your pet an uninterrupted “spaw day.”

Feel free to peek inside the van before and after the grooming, but please allow the groomer and your dog an uninterrupted “spaw day.” Dogs often behave differently without their owners or furry siblings present. Being one-on-one with their groomer ensures a calmer and more pleasant grooming experience.

Important! Please don’t knock on the van door or talk to the groomer while grooming is in progress, and keep children and all other pets away from the van.

Abrupt interruptions can be dangerous. The combination of sharp teeth, grooming instruments, and sudden movements is not a good one! Groombuggy is not responsible for any injuries caused to dogs due to distractions by owners or other pets. Additional fees will apply if interruptions cause a session to go overtime.
